Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Infrastructure Lead to drive end-to-end enterprise projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

You will design, implement, and optimize virtualization and storage environments, manage backup and DR/BC strategies, and oversee capacity planning and performance tuning while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors. Lead a team and ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in design, development, implementation, automation, project management and IT operations.
• Strong project ownership with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Technical skills covering VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV; SAN/NAS; backup/recovery solutions.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Windows and Linux Server Administration, monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, plus documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Certifications: Microsoft, Oracle, RedHat, Nutanix, VMware, Dell, Veritas.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimise enterprise virtualization environments.
• Manage virtual machines, clusters, resource allocation, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise storage systems and NAS platforms.
• Manage storage provisioning, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and storage optimisation.
• Ensure data availability, integrity, and redundancy through storage architecture and best practices.
• Design and maintain enterprise backup architectures and data protection strategies.
• Implement backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Monitor backup success rates, troubleshoot failures, and ensure compliance with RPO/RTO.
• Periodically perform backup restoration testing and disaster recovery exercises.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, engineers, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop implementation plans, technical documentation, procedures, and handover materials.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and acceptance prior to go-live.
• Ensure smooth transition and knowledge transfer to operations upon completion.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technology partners.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members when required.

Requirements

• Experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, Windows and Linux Server Administration, Infrastructure Monitoring, Capacity Planning, and Performance Optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong documentation and technical reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
