Job summary

Paul Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee IT initiatives such as events and promotions, and to ensure timely delivery of technology products and services including POS functions and price updates.

You will install and configure hardware and software, work with IT HQ to implement systems, manage external vendors, respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and maintain inventory of IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• F&B industry experience is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly and document processes.

• Manage IT project delivery for initiatives (events, promotions).
• Ensure timely delivery of technology products and services (POS function, price updates).
• Oversee new system facilitation and current system enhancements.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and services.
• Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

• Respond to technical breakdowns and resolve issues.
• Diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults.
• Repair IT equipment and replace parts.
• Manage stocks of IT equipment and supplies.
• Oversee inventory system management (Axapta).

• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing IT equipment and replacing parts
• Management of stocks of IT equipment and other supplies
• Inventory system management (Axapta)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage
• Good attitude and willing to learn with excellent communication and analytical with good time management, good problem-solving skills and documentation skills
• A motivated team player with strong qualities to lead and work in a challenging environment with tight timeline
• Willing to travel and able to work in either office hours or rotating shifts, weekends and overtime if required
• Ability to work independently with strong drive and willingness to take up challenges.
