Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Passenger Information Systems tailored to rail mobility requirements, ensuring system integrity and operational efficiency.
• Develop technical specifications and system integrations for PIS components with team members and stakeholders.
• Provide engineering support during the production phase of PIS projects, liaising with manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation to maintain high availability of PIS solutions.
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures and documentation to support long-term system sustainability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in passenger information systems and rail mobility.
• Engage in project planning and execution activities, contributing detailed technical input and status reporting to management.

About the Role

As an Engineer in the PIS division, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining passenger information systems that deliver real-time updates and accurate data to rail commuters. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including systems integration, production, and project management to ensure the delivery of reliable, user-friendly, and innovative solutions tailored to the rail transit environment.
