Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore seeks an Assistant / IITS Manager to oversee integrated IT services for defence sector clients, ensuring reliable IT delivery, infrastructure management, and support services. You will drive maintenance projects, KPI attainment, and service improvements while developing AI health monitoring capabilities with OEM partners.

The role requires a strong IT/CS/E&E background, 5+ years in system architecture or leading system integration, and excellent stakeholder management

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven work experience as System Architect or in a leadership role within System Integration projects.
• Strong knowledge in networks, cybersecurity and system integration.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of services projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Achieve KPIs related to orders and revenues.
• Foster continuous service improvement initiatives and customer-centricity within the department.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the maintenance services sector.
• Manage department staff well-being and plan for training programs.
• Spearhead development of AI and health monitoring capabilities, working with OEMs or partners.
• Develop and sustain Systems of Systems (SoS) competencies and induct new systems.
• Lead cross-dept/div/bu/lob responses to customer requests and incidents; ensure 24/7 readiness.

The Department Manager for Integrated Information Technology Systems plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the integrated IT services and operations to our customers in the Defence sector . You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT solutions, infrastructure management, and support services to meet the needs of the company and our customers.

Qualities We Value

• Certified Systems Engineering Professional is an advantage
