Job summary

Fuku in Singapore seeks an Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment) to oversee end-to-end recruitment, internships, grants administration, and workforce planning. You will partner with hiring managers, develop pipelines, and ensure timely hires to meet business needs.

The role includes supervising HR staff, managing work pass applications, employee engagement, policy development, bursary management, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience with recruitment exposure.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, career fairs, institutions, and networks.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
• Oversee internship programmes including coordination with institutions, recruitment, onboarding, and tracking.
• Manage government-related grants and compliance for recruitment, training, and development.
• Support performance management cycles, goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.
• Oversee work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance with regulations.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and administer bursary programmes; manage grievances and HR policy updates.
• Supervise HR Assistants and Executives; ensure accurate record-keeping and timeliness.
