Job summary

FUKU AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment) to lead end-to-end hiring, shape recruitment strategy, and partner with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding, ensure policies are followed, and keep our ATS accurate.

Requirements include at least 2 years in recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently at our Paya Lebar location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
• Experience with recruitment software and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run recruitment strategies to attract talent.
• Manage full cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower needs and job requirements.
• Source through job boards, social media, networking events and channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep ATS and candidate database accurate and up to date.
• Share regular recruitment updates and metrics with stakeholders.
• Ensure hiring follows Singapore employment laws and policies and standards.
