Job summary

Singapore Paincare Holdings Limited, an SGX Catalist-listed medical service group, seeks an Assistant Finance Manager – Group Consolidation to oversee and manage consolidation and reporting. You will coordinate with subsidiaries and HQ to ensure accurate intercompany eliminations and timely financial disclosures, while building strong internal controls and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of consolidation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS(I), IFRS, and SGX Catalist regulations.
• Experience with XERO is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team player; able to work under pressure.
• Experience in SGX-listed company is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in listed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Eliminate intercompany transactions and reconciliations with subsidiaries and HQ.
• Assist in disclosures for SGX Catalist announcements and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS(I) and SGX listing requirements.
• Manage full set of financial reports for 1–2 subsidiary entities.
• Support Group Finance Manager in reviewing subsidiaries’ operations.
• Assist in external and internal audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate tax and GST in Singapore.
• Support due diligence, integration, and consolidation of new acquisitions.
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to finance team.
