Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Factory Manager with a focus on carpentry, joinery, and fabrication to lead production planning, progress tracking, and reporting.

You will monitor milestones, coordinate Carpenter Leads, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include document control, material procurement, safety compliance, and providing technical guidance to the production teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Carpentry, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in factory/production operations, carpentry/joinery preferred.
• Experience in production coordination, supervision, or project executive roles is a plus.
• Good knowledge of materials, hardware, fittings, and fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly production progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Supervise Carpenter Leads and production personnel to align with priorities.
• Manage drawing control, distribution, and versioning.
• Coordinate material procurement and inventory to support schedules.
• Enforce safety, quality standards, and workplace discipline.
