• Recommend and plan for the repair and replacement of lift parts not covered under the schedule of rates
• Perform fault trending analysis and monitor lift units
• Schedule and arrange investigations on chronic or problematic lift units, updating on findings and actions taken
• Schedule and coordinate internal team support for HOB/SCA audits
• Conduct monthly toolbox meetings when required
• Manage lift maintenance contracts and billings
• Maintain documents and records of maintenance services for audit purposes
• Attend customer and Town Council meetings
• Address lift-related breakdowns and complaints as necessary
• Provide site support or assistance as required by technicians
• Support departmental activities and coordination
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Vertical Transportation discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience in the Lift & Escalator industry required for Nitec certificate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Certificate of Competency in Lift Maintenance for Senior/Lift Specialist is an advantage (must obtain within 6 months if not already certified)
