Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC/Higher NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics or Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in water dispensers and related equipment to restore functionality.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic repairs, servicing, and maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect, test, refurbish, and prepare equipment before deployment to ensure readiness.
• Conduct on-site repair and servicing at customer premises to resolve issues promptly.
