Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Engineer / Associate Engineer (Facilities Maintenance) to manage maintenance projects in buildings. You will use SCADA to monitor M&E equipment, perform programming works for A&A and troubleshooting, and ensure maintenance activities are carried out according to the department SOP.

The role requires a Higher Nitec in Facilities and Management and about 2 years of hands-on experience in building management systems, extra low voltage, M&E, PLC

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Building Management System/ extra low voltage / M&E and SCADA systems.
• Familiar with SCADA programming and A&A works.
• Ability to follow department SOP and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance projects in buildings.
• Monitor M&E equipment with SCADA and perform A&A programming and troubleshooting.
• Ensure maintenance activities follow SOP and meet quality and turnaround targets.
• Provide safe custody and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Maintain stock levels within budget.
• Respond to emergency repairs/callouts.

Position Requirements:
