Job summary

LITTLE SWAN AIR-CONDITIONING & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a junior Mechanical/Building Services professional to support ACMV projects. You will assist in schedules, documentation, quantities, cost estimates, RFQs, and tender submissions.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, site personnel, and suppliers; attend meetings with senior staff; learn AutoCAD and MS Office; develop communication and teamwork skills while contributing to quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• ACMV knowledge is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in ACMV construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project schedules, reports and documentation.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimates, and RFQs.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, progress claims, VO, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Attend project meetings and technical discussions with senior staff.
• Monitor site progress and report issues to the Project Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and workplace safety.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. 1. Assist in preparing project schedules, reports and project documentation.
2. 2. Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
3. 3. Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and project documentation.
4. 4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
5. 5. Attend project meetings and technical discussions with senior staff.
6. 6. Monitor site progress and report any issues to the Project Engineer.
7. 7. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
8. 8. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

1. 1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
2. 2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. 3. Candidates with 1-2 years of ACMV experience will have an advantage.
4. 4. Basic knowledge of ACMV systems.
5. 5. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
6. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. 7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. 8. Willing to learn and develop a career in the ACMV construction industry.
9. 9. Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
