Job summary

ARM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is hiring an ACMV project coordinator in Singapore to support tender pricing, data entry for materials and BOQ, and liaise with contractors on ACMV systems. The role includes sizing and designing chilled water systems for individual rooms and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for tender specifications.

You will supervise on-site work, ensure safety and quality, and maintain daily records and cost control to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Able to assist in tender pricing of ACMV project/ Alteration & Additional Work.
• Data entry for project material delivery, Bill of Quantity and Tender Pricing.
• Liaison between the user and in-house contractor on all ACMV related systems.
• Provide sizing and design of ACMV system (chilled water) for individual room.
• Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and obtain quotations.
• Control and supervise workmen to ensure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety.
• Keep daily work records, including additional work claims to clients and from subcontractors.
