Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer for ACMV projects in Singapore. You will size FCUs, MV fans, and related equipment, and manage shop drawing and material submissions.

Strong contract understanding and ability to handle variations are required. You will schedule projects, mobilize manpower, and participate in weekly site progress meetings with consultants and contractors. Applicants should have a Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree and at least 2 years in M&E, with

Qualifications

• Dip/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 2 years experience in M&E projects.
• Good knowledge of ASHRAE, Green Mark, and fire codes related to MV.
• Salary based on experiences and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Size FCUs, flow meters and MV fans for projects.
• Manage shop drawing approval and material submission approval.
• Understand contract documents and tendered scope; pick up variation orders.
• Plan project scheduling and mobilize manpower effectively.
• Attend weekly site progress and technical meetings with consultants and main contractor.
• Coordinate with various parties.

Job description

My clients are L5 & L6 ACMV contractor.
I have 5 days week, 5.5 days week. 5.25 day week (Alter sat half day)

Project Engineers ACMV x 3

• Good knowledge ofChiller, Cooling tower, AHU, FCU, Mechancial Ventilation Fans.

• Able to size FCUs, Flow meter, MV fans
• ManageShop drawing approval,material submission approval
• Good understanding of contract document, and well understand the scope of works, specifications which tendered for. Able to pick up variation ordersduring project phase.
• Project scheduling and able to plan and mobilize manpower effectively.
• Attend weekly site progress, technical meeting with consultants, main contractor.
• Coordinationwith various parties.

Requirement

• Dip/ Degree in Mechancial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 2 years experience in M&E projects
• Good knowledge of code of practices, ASHRAE, Green Mark requirement, Fire codes related to MV
