Job summary

Lantern Recruitment Solutions PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer to design and implement BEMS controls for building services. Responsibilities include coordinating with MEP teams, verifying design specs, and supporting scheduling and proposal development.

The role involves on-site inspections, witnessing BMS testing, and advising on control strategies and latest energy-management technologies. Pharma experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related subject.
• 1–2 years BMS controls development experience.
• Experience with pharma/pharmaceutical control systems is an advantage.
• AutoCAD and/or Revit experience.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Design and application of all Building Services BEMS control systems.

Requirements
