Job summary

Lantern Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BMS Controls Engineer to design and implement Building Management Systems across building services. You will verify design specifications, work with MEP teams, and support project management with scheduling and proposals.

The role involves on-site inspections, witnessing control functions, and advising on advanced control strategies. Experience with pharmaceutical controls is a plus; AutoCAD or Revit skills are required.

Qualifications

• Applicable degree in related subjects.
• 6-8 years BMS controls development experience.
• Experience with Pharmaceuticals control systems will be an added advantage.
• AutoCAD and/or Revit experience.
• Ability to listen to client needs, engage with design team members, and drive project beyond expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and application of all Building Services BEMS control systems.
