Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director for Technology Strategic Planning and Integration to drive the digital transformation agenda. You will lead planning, design and implementation of technology-enabled services that enhance patient and workforce experiences.

You will shape future-state operating models, manage enterprise systems initiatives and ensure technology investments translate into meaningful operational and service outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, business, engineering or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
12–15 years of relevant healthcare operations and digital transformation experience.
Experience leading cross-functional transformation and large-scale improvements.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation planning and integration across services.
Develop future-state operating models and roadmaps for strategic initiatives.

Coordinate stakeholders across clinical, operational, facilities and technology teams.
