Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking a proactive Environmental Services leader to drive the smooth operation of all departmental activities within a healthcare environment. You will manage service contracts, work with partners to uphold high quality standards, and ensure compliance with hospital directives.

You will develop policies, oversee procedures, and manage budgets while training staff to align with strategic work plans and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or hospitality with proven track record in operational management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proactive self-starter, highly motivated and adaptable to change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental Services team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all departmental activities.
• Manage service contracts and coordinate with service partners to maintain high quality standards and compliance with legal and hospital standards.
• Develop and oversee implementation of policies and procedures.
