Health Promotion Board is seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive organisation-wide development and cross-divisional integration in Singapore. You will partner with senior leaders to diagnose barriers, design practical improvements, and deliver programs that enhance productivity and capability.

The role emphasizes driving strategic change, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and embedding new ways of working across HPB. Initial contract is for two years, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of organisational transformation or related experience.
• Experience in consultancy or large-scale change programmes.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-divisional initiatives from diagnosis to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Identify systemic issues and opportunities through organisational and process diagnostics.
• Align stakeholders on priorities and integrated solutions.
• Recommend improvements to productivity, integration and user experience.
• Support change, communication and capability-building to embed new ways of working.
• Set baselines, track outcomes and assess benefits.
• Prepare papers, analyses and presentations for management decisions.
• Translate workforce, digital, data, AI and other future-of-work trends into practical improvements.
