Qualifications

• A good degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years total relevant experience with 5 years leading end-to-end projects.
• Experience applying behavioural insights to intervention design and testing.
• Ability to distill complex problems into clear recommendations.
• Experience integrating research, technology, and policy.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data and insights into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Apply behavioural insights to human-centred design of digital health interventions.
• Manage the full digital product cycle from ideation to deployment.
• Lead a multidisciplinary tech squad including product, engineering, data, and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions.
• Demonstrate value through measurable outcomes and stakeholder buy-in.
