Job summary

Strategy Group, Prime Minister's Office in Singapore seeks a senior policy leader to drive whole-of-government M&P initiatives. You will support the Director to coordinate strategies, partnerships with public, private and people sectors to advance Marriage and Parenthood objectives.

You will guide policy reviews, research trends, develop engagement strategies, draft replies to media and parliamentary inquiries, and plan resources for policy implementation and organisational development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director to drive whole-of-government strategies and partnerships with stakeholders across the public, private and people sectors to deliver strong M&P outcomes.
• Guide the team in reviewing M&P policies and developing ideas to drive the next bound of M&P moves, in consultation and collaboration with other agencies and diverse stakeholders.
• Research and analyse local/international trends and wide-ranging issues that affect M&P decisions.
• Work with team and stakeholders to develop innovative public engagement and partnership strategies to better understand public sentiments, raise awareness and shape mindsets around M&P issues, and foster a more family-friendly society.
• Supervise and guide the team in drafting replies to media, public and parliamentary queries on marriage and parenthood related policies.
• Plan and manage resources for policy implementation and organisational development.
• Foster and contribute to a positive work environment and culture.
