Job summary

CTES Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director, Faculty Engagement & Value Propositions to drive philanthropic growth by developing donor-centric funding propositions and enhancing faculty fundraising capabilities to support the University’s giving mission.

You will build strong relationships with faculty, align funding needs with donors’ interests, create compelling proposals and donor materials, and support senior leadership in advancing gift cases while handling confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in relationship management, editorial writing, presentation, and product packaging to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Demonstrated progressive career growth over at least 8 years in business development and/or marketing roles involving senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate technical innovations into clear go-to-market messaging.
• Experience in Higher Education or Business Development is advantageous.
• Commitment to philanthropy for higher education and motivation to contribute to community building.
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Demonstrates discretion and handles confidential and sensitive information with tact and maturity.
• Exercises independent judgment in performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with faculty colleagues to develop new funding propositions for Colleges and Schools
• Align faculty funding needs with prospective donors’ giving interests to generate new gift opportunities
• Facilitate and support conversations on new gift opportunities between University stakeholders and prospective donors
• Create compelling proposals and donor-centric collateral to engage and inspire donors
• Support Senior Leadership in advancing gift cases through strategic engagement
• Provide administrative and operational support to advance gift purposes as needed
