• Govern and develop app features, prioritising digital content on HPB's flagship app.
• Oversee digital analytics and campaign performance tracking to inform decisions.
• Drive personalised communications across email and app channels.
• Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
