Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy professional to support senior leadership on organisation-wide planning, strategic initiatives and performance management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will translate analysis into actionable outcomes, develop long-term strategies through market research and trend monitoring, and prepare governance materials and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–11 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting strategic decision-making, planning processes, business reviews or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders across functions.
• Prior exposure to investment-related environments, innovation-driven organisations, government-linked entities or adjacent ecosystems would be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of long-term organisational strategies through strategic analysis, market research, competitive intelligence and trend monitoring.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate strategic priorities, business opportunities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead and support strategic projects that require coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Drive planning, performance tracking and management reporting processes to support leadership decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, strategic materials and management updates for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
