Job summary

The SWDA in Singapore is seeking a Principal Manager to lead corporate planning and governance activities within the Corporate Planning Division. You will guide the team on work areas such as planning cycles, performance measurement, and reporting to senior management.

You will also manage international engagements, board secretariat duties, and stakeholder coordination, while mentoring teammates and delivering complex projects as an individual contributor and team lead.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of relevant work experience in corporate planning.
• Strong writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in corporate planning, performance management, data analytics and international engagement would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive SWDA's corporate strategy and planning cycle.
• Develop and track performance metrics and outcomes.
• Represent SWDA in international engagements and coordinate diplomacy matters.
• Provide secretariat support for Board and Senior Management meetings.
