Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant working experience
• 3+ years in supervisory roles
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, community development, volunteer management, programme management, or partnership development
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and influence across government, healthcare, community and voluntary sectors
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior stakeholder engagement experience
• Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for place-based community health efforts at the regional level, translating priorities into actionable plans
• Develop integrated responses by connecting insights across programmes, partners and communities
• Use data, research and implementation learning to shape strategies and priorities
• Oversee Hospital/Health Ambassador Network activities, volunteer deployment, and partnerships across regions
