Assistant Director (Audience Analytics)

Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a researcher to drive the design, development, and implementation of audience profiles and frameworks that enhance MINDEF/SAF's strategy, policy, and planning across public communications, internal communications, and community engagement.

You will develop strategic recommendations, coordinate social science studies across MINDEF/SAF's audiences, and deliver clear findings to support defence decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience designing and conducting research studies with an analysis component.
• Basic knowledge in social science analysis and experience using analysis software such as SPSS; experience with R or Python is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking skills with ability to think quickly and innovatively to solve problems and develop solutions.
• Good organisational acumen and an appreciation of defence, security, and information environment, applying psychology to meet organisational needs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.

• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and innovatively to solve problems and develop solutions
• Good organisational acumen and a keen appreciation of defence, security, and the changing information environment, with the ability to apply psychology to meet organisational needs
• Strong presentation and communication skills to present findings and recommendations in a meaningful and accessible way
