Job summary

GOOD CHANCE RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Assistant Cook to support the chief cook and supervise kitchen staff in our Singapore outlet. You will help manage daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards, and assist in maintaining equipment and the workspace.

You will contribute ideas for menu development, ensure all kitchen colleagues follow established standards, and remain dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes to our guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant working experience as Assistant Cook.
• Must be dedicated and committed.

• Oversee and assisting chief cook to manage selected outlet's kitchen staffs
• Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen
• Maintains food quality and safety standards
• Ensure proper maintenance of the kitchen within each outlet
• Designing and implementing new ideas for the menu
• Ensuring the kitchen standards are being followed by all employees
