Job Summary

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant kitchen experience to perform core cooking and preparation tasks
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards to ensure compliance and safe food handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment to support kitchen operations
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational demands
