Job summary

Edventure Learning Academy in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support the Centre Manager in running a safe, well-organised student care centre for primary school children, and to take charge in the Centre Manager's absence. You will oversee the afternoon-to-evening programme, guide the team, and keep parents and schools well informed.

This role focuses on centre operations, student development, staff supervision, parent engagement, and administration, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education, Social Work, Youth Work, or related field.
2–3 years’ supervisory experience in student care, childcare, or school settings.
Strong communication in English and Mandarin with parents and students.
Patient, caring, and responsible with good judgment managing children and emergencies.
Ability to lead teams, organise schedules, and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Centre operations: manage daily operations from arrival to dismissal to ensure smooth workflow.
Programme and student development: plan daily programmes including homework supervision, meals, enrichment and activities.
Staff supervision: coach and supervise teachers and staff; prepare duty rosters and briefings.
Parent/school engagement: act as a professional contact point for parents and schools; manage inquiries and concerns.
Administration & compliance: maintain student records, assist with fees, subsidies, and reports.
