MSPACE STUDENT CARE @ BEDOK PTE. LIMITED in Bedok, Singapore seeks an Assistant Centre Manager cum Subject Specialist Teacher to join our student care centre. The role combines teaching upper primary subjects with hands-on centre leadership.

You will support the Centre Manager in implementing programmes, supervise Primary 3–5 students, prepare resources, and build strong relationships with children and parents. Proficiency with Zoom and other online learning tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Ability to teach upper primary subjects: Mathematics, Science, and English.

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Assistant Centre Manager cum Subject Specialist Teacher to join our Student Care Centre. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong teaching skills, and a commitment to nurturing both children and the centre’s culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Centre Manager in implementing programmes aligned with the centre’s policies, guidelines, and philosophy.

Work with Centre Manager in leading & improving Operation excellences and Parents relationship and experiences.

Guide and supervise primary school children (Primary 3–5) to ensure timely completion of daily homework. Prior experience teaching upper primary levels is an advantage.

Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and address individual educational and developmental needs.

Prepare and manage teaching resources, ensuring classrooms are well-organized, engaging, and conducive to learning.

Build and sustain positive relationships with children and parents.

Conduct MindSpace’s unique enrichment programmes to inspire and develop students.

Serve as a role model by demonstrating creativity, positivity, and a champion mindset.

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline, with at least 2 years of teaching experience.

Ability to teach upper primary subjects: Mathematics, Science, and English.
