TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Student Care Teacher (Subject Specialist) to join our team and support after-school learning at our centres near MRT stations.

The role involves supervising students, guiding homework, delivering coaching in English, Mathematics, or Science, and preparing MOE-aligned materials and assessments to track progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Education or related field.
• Strong foundation in English, Mathematics or Science.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours.
• Guide students in their daily homework and spelling revision.
• Plan and conduct enrichment activities to support holistic development.
• Deliver subject-specific coaching (e.g. English, Mathematics, or Science) to strengthen students’ academic performance.
• Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, and assessments aligned with MOE syllabus.
• Monitor and track students’ academic progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Perform administrative duties related to student care operations.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Student Care Teacher (Subject Specialist) to join our team.

Working Locations:North, West, East &Central(All of the centres are near MRT stations)

Working Hours:9.30am - 6.30pm or 10.15am - 7.15pm (Mon - Fri) (Sat: Half-day)

Benefits:Performance Bonus + Yearly Increments + Medical

Gross Salary: $3500 (Basic up to $3200)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours
• Guide students in their daily homework and spelling revision
• Plan and conduct enrichment activities to support holistic development
• Deliver subject-specific coaching (e.g. English, Mathematics, or Science) to strengthen students’ academic performance
• Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, and assessments aligned withMOE syllabus
• Monitor and track students’ academic progress and provide feedback to parents
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
• Perform administrative duties related to student care operations

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline (Education or related field preferred)
• Strong foundation in at least one core subject (English, Mathematics, or Science)
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Patient, nurturing, and able to engage young learners
• Relevant experience in teaching or student care is an advantage
