Qualifications

Diploma or higher in any discipline with minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
Able to teach Higher primary school subjects, Math, Science and English.
Possess good communication and classroom management skills.
Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
IT knowledge in zoom and online learning management.

Responsibilities

Assist Center Manager to implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
Guide primary school children (P3 to P5) to ensure completion of daily homework; experience in teaching P3+ is an advantage.
Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs.
Prepare and upkeep teaching resources, classroom setup and learning environment.
Build relationships with children and parents.
Conduct MindChamps enrichment programmes.
Be an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and positive mindset.
Occasionally assist the Centre Manager in centre operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager
