Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled planning and development professional to lead campus development initiatives in Singapore. You will guide feasibility studies, coordinate with consultants and authorities, and translate requirements into actionable planning briefs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related built environment discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant planning, development, architecture, or related experience.
• Experience in institutional, commercial, or healthcare projects.
• Experience in planning studies or feasibility assessments is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate options and provide practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Well-organised, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

This is a 3-year contract role, subject to extension based on business needs and satisfactory performance.
