Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd seeks an Assistant Accountant to support its finance function across accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting. The role covers the day-to-day finance tasks within designated entities, with exposure to ESG initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and has at least four years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented, works independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets.
• Perform monthly reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash and treasury; ensure tax and GST compliance.
• Support audit and statutory reporting; assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Contribute to ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives.
