Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support daily AR and AP operations, prepare invoices, collect receipts, and ensure accurate posting of supplier bills.

The role also involves GST filing contributions, participation in internal controls exercises, and supporting the company’s digital transformation projects, including ERP migration and audit document retrieval.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy or ACCA with experience in financial accounting.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Taxation (GST, company income tax, Withholding tax).
• Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace applications will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skills; organized and meticulous; self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Performs daily finance operational duties in AR, including preparing of sales invoices (non-trade), taking in receipts, sending statement of accounts.
• Accounts Payable: Performs 3-way match of supplier invoices prior to posting of invoices; ensures timely posting of supplier invoices; ensures payments are made on time; calls back vendors to confirm bank details during mapping; performs vendor & intercompany reconciliation.
• Taxation: Contributes to the preparation of quarterly GST filing.
• Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls and Airbus Finance directives; supports internal controls exercises/audit (ICSA, FitChecks).
• Others: Supports in Company’s digital transformation (ERP migration, deployment of digital tools) and retrieval of audit documents; any other ad-hoc duties.
