Job summary

RIGHT CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our Finance team. You will maintain the Fixed Asset Register, support project accounting, prepare general ledger entries, and assist in producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial information.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
• Maintain project-related accounting records and cost summaries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with banks and government agencies as required.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely resolution of audit matters.
• Support corporate tax compliance matters as required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in support of the Finance and Contract teams.
