Qualifications

• Experience with alternative products in asset management or middle office operations.
• Strong project management, organisational and interpersonal skills with deadlines.
• Experience managing operational risk in a changing environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive CI.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and setting up new operating models for portfolio/fund structures across alternatives.
• Support changes to operating models reflecting new services, processes, and controls.
• Develop global operating framework and documentation per HSBC standards across models.
• Engage with architecture, risk, and second line to map end-to-end processes.
• Engage with third-party providers for setup and ongoing services in alternatives.
• Support due diligence and integration planning for new counterparties from an operations perspective.
