Job summary

HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited invites a seasoned Market Operations Manager to join our Wealth and Private Banking operations on a 2 year contract. You will lead performance reporting, drive process improvements and partner with offshore teams to deliver customer outcomes.

With 10+ years in Wealth/Private Banking and strong stakeholder management, you will own MI, diagnostics and continuous improvement initiatives, balancing risk, control and efficiency in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

10+ years in Wealth/Private Banking with operational or change-management experience.
Proven ability to drive MI reporting, dashboards and risk/control improvements.
Strong collaboration with offshore teams and matrix-staffed environments.

Responsibilities

Support Head of IWPB Operations with oversight of operations and risk-improvement plans.
Drive a customer-first culture, resolve enquiries and root-cause issues with teams.
Own management information and performance reporting with clear narratives.
Lead diagnostics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement via simplification, automation and streamlined workflows.
Conduct operational due diligence and contribute to integration planning.
