Job summary

JonDavidson Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Asset Management System Administrator to oversee asset lifecycle, data integrity and governance. You will support procurement workflows, implement automation and AI-driven improvements, and provide end-user support across the division.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with asset custodians, and the ability to drive digital solutions and dashboards for enhanced visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years' experience in database management, procurement and project management.
• Proficient in using AI and automation tools to drive process improvements and automate workflows.
• Adaptable, able to work independently and in teams to achieve objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Highly organized with attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Positive attitude and good rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Division's asset management processes, including asset lifecycle tracking, data updates, asset verification, transfers and disposals, in collaboration with lab and asset custodians.
• Serve as the system administrator for Asset Management Systems, ensuring governance and compliance, data uploads, configurations, and user support.
• Monitor system performance and data quality, perform regular validation and reconciliation, and implement corrective actions for auditable records.
• Review procurement and asset workflows, identify pain points and implement improvements to efficiency and controls.
• Support use of automation and AI to operationalize digital solutions, dashboards, tracking systems and automated workflows.
• Provide procurement guidance to stakeholders while ensuring policy compliance.
• Provide secretariat support for division and committee meetings.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Director and supervising officer.
