Qualifications

• Good degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Highly numerate with sharp analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work within a team and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, Financial & Asset Performance Analysis: develop and maintain financial models to evaluate asset performance.
• Support dashboards and management reports to track key metrics.
• Assist annual budgets, reforecasts, and financial projections for retail and commercial portfolios.
• Market Research & Analysis: study retail and commercial trends, tenant behaviour, catchment demographics, and competition.
• Prepare market intelligence reports to support leasing, positioning, and investments.
• Contribute to asset management strategies including benchmarking, positioning, and space utilization.
