Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in the railway industry.
• Knowledge of Asset Management, Quality Management Systems, ISO standards and data governance principles is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in asset or data management are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of asset and performance management frameworks, plans, and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare and submit asset management, reliability, and availability reports in compliance with licence requirements.
• Monitor performance data, identify variances, and highlight key issues to management.
• Execute data governance and quality frameworks aligned with contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with IT and Rail Asset/Performance Management teams to support governance and reporting requirements.
• Manage and coordinate regulatory reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate updates for ABM, AIM, and BIM.
• Support lifecycle cost tracking, asset management governance, ISO 55001 compliance, asset condition and configuration management, and lifecycle management activities.
• Maintain document management processes and digital documentation systems.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Maintenance Management System (MMS).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Implement safety plans and ensure compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS).
