Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Senior / Executive / Engineer to lead Asset Management - Data Strategy & System workstreams in Singapore. The role focuses on data governance, quality, and framework development to support rail asset data across agencies and partners.

You will collaborate with LTA, rail operators, contractors and system manufacturers to define policies, review submissions, and contribute to system installation and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge of data governance framework and data quality management.
• Experience in asset management or maintenance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive data governance initiatives and establish data management frameworks.
• Define data standards and ensure data quality and consistency across asset data.
• Develop data assessment frameworks and remediate data issues with stakeholders.
• Review technical submissions and participate in installation, testing and commissioning of asset data management systems.
