Recruit123 PTE. LTD. is partnering with an innovative biotechnology organization to hire an Assay Development Scientist who will lead the design, optimization, and validation of bioanalytical assays and screening platforms supporting early-stage drug discovery.

You will establish assay platforms (ELISA, flow cytometry, qPCR, enzymatic assays), apply DoE, analyze data with GraphPad Prism, draft SOPs, and support tech transfer to CRO partners.

Qualifications

PhD, MSc or Bachelor's in Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or related field.
2–5 years hands-on assay development experience in biotech or translational labs.
Proven ability to develop in vitro bioassays, binding or cell-based functional assays.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and characterize biochemical, immunological, and cell-based assays.
Establish assay platforms (ELISA, multiplex, flow cytometry, qPCR, enzymatic or reporter gene).
Optimize performance parameters and troubleshoot technical roadblocks.
Apply DoE, analyze high-dimensional data, and maintain lab documentation.
Draft SOPs, validation protocols, and technical reports; support tech transfer and CROs.
Present findings to cross-functional R&D teams.
