Educare Human Capital Private Limited is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee for a hands-on role in a fast-paced international QSR brand in Singapore. You will start with frontline service and daily operations while gradually learning supervisory responsibilities.

The programme focuses on learning day-to-day restaurant operations, team coordination and staff deployment, with opportunities to progress into management as experience is gained.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in F&B, retail, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with friendly, efficient service and handle cashiering.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen and restaurant.
• Support opening and closing duties as needed.
• Assist with training and guiding new crew members as experience grows.
• Learn inventory, stock management and ordering procedures.
• Progressively take on supervisory responsibilities over time.
