Job summary

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support role based in Singapore. The role involves responding to customer and partner inquiries. Daily responsibilities include liaising with internal teams (such as operations and installation), following up on leads, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely communication to support customer satisfaction. The position also requires handling basic administrative tasks related to sales operations and contributing to a professional, service-oriented customer experience.
