Job summary

Schroders Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd is seeking an Investment Associate to join the Asia private equity team based in Singapore. You will play a key role in due diligence, modelling and transaction support across private equity, co-investments and secondaries in Asia (ex-China), with focus on India, Australia and Japan.

You will collaborate with Asia and global teams to drive value and learn within a dynamic platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics/Finance/Business Administration from an accredited university.
• Postgraduate CFA or CAIA qualification is desirable.
• Master's/MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence for private equity and venture investments in Asia (ex-China).
• Assist on co-investments and secondary transactions across India, Australia and Japan.
• Conduct market research and develop sector insights for covered geographies.
• Assist in preparing investment recommendations for committees.
• Support client pitches and marketing materials.
• Monitor portfolios and prepare quarterly investor updates.
