Job summary

Tikehau Capital in Singapore is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Private Equity team. You will source and evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial analyses, and assist in due diligence. This role offers exposure to a dynamic, global firm with growth potential in the APAC region.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant PE/finance experience, strong modeling skills, and a proactive, team-oriented work ethic. Fluency in English and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong preference for candidates with direct PE or M&A execution experience.
• Ability to build and review financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Experience in due diligence processes and coordinating with external advisers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in finding and evaluating new investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling and market research.
• Assist in due diligence processes and coordinate with advisors.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal committees.
• Monitor and manage portfolio companies and track their performance.
• Collaborate with senior team members and other stakeholders.
