EMpower is a global foundation focused on empowering marginalised youth through locally led organisations. The Partnerships Director (Asia) leads fundraising growth, builds major partnerships and steers regional strategy across Asia with a dispersed team in India, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore.

The role combines strategic fundraising with relationship management, budget stewardship and leadership across a geographically diverse team to secure sustainable income growth for EMpower’s mission.

Formación

• Significant experience growing income and developing strategic partnerships in a comparable organisation, with a track record of meeting ambitious targets and building sustainable fundraising pipelines.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders, donors, boards and partners.
• Experience designing and implementing strategic fundraising plans across multi-geo regions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fundraising and partnership activity across Asia with a portfolio currently delivering around $3m per year.
• Own regional strategy, workplan and budget with measurable income targets.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team across multiple locations.
• Represent EMpower to senior donors and partners, expanding support and influence in Asia.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fundraising with programmatic goals.
