Toll Group is seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Pricing Analyst in Singapore to support pricing analysis, solution development, and customer engagement. You will work with Sales, KAM, Product, Operations, and Procurement to develop competitive logistics solutions and contribute to tenders and profitability initiatives.

The role involves pricing insights, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver commercially viable offerings and ensure operational feasibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or related field.
• Experience supporting customer requests, solution design, tender management, and commercial development.
• Understanding of ocean freight products and logistics operations.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical logistics solutions.
• Strong analytical skills in pricing, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CargoWise experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• English fluency; additional Asian languages advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute ocean freight pricing and solution strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and KAM to tailor logistics solutions.
• Prepare pricing analyses for RFQs and tenders.
• Participate in customer meetings and commercial reviews.
• Analyze customer supply chains to identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end design of logistics solutions with Product/Operations.
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support profitability improvement initiatives.
• Assist onboarding of new opportunities from quote to execution.
